Features of WPC(Wood &plastic composite decking)
The composite material used in Dayi’s Composite Decking is a wood powder and PE plastic mix. Roughly 60% wood powder, 30% grade one recycled PE plastics and 10% Additives etc. it’s mixed together and then extruded to form either a hollow or solid decking board.
The benefits of mixing these 2 products groups are obvious, you end up with the durable, hard wearing, maintenance free elements of the plastic and the beauty, look and feel of the wood giving you a great looking product that will last for years and years.

It’s unlike many traditional timber boards our boards do not need to be regularly sealed, stained, painted or waterproofed. They are easily kept clean by sweeping and the occasional use of a jet hose.
Easy installation:
Quickly build your deck. Boards can be worked with normal woodworking tools and are easily fastened to a suitable supporting joist substructure with our stainless steel screw and plastic clips.

Technical Details of WPC(Wood &plastic composite decking)
Our hollow core boards feature a lightweight honeycomb construction and are reversible with narrow spaced grooves on one side and wider spaced grooves on the other. These boards offer two different anti-slip walking surfaces.
Our solid core boards offer greater strength and better sound absorption. Unlike our hollow boards their ends do not need to be capped.
