Colour:The wpc composite joist is available in a single black colour. As the wpc composite joist is install below the decking, so it is not be seen and there is no special requirement for the colour, so we usually prepared black colour of wpc composite joists in stock, it can be deliver goods earlier and accelerated delivery time. Of course, you can also customize the colour, as long as you reach our minimum order quantity

Raw materials and proportion:Our wood plastic composite joist made from 60% recycled wood powder and 30% recycled PE plastics and 10% additives. Raw materials are mixed and extrusion moulding. This product combines the characteristics of plastics and wood powder and it looks nice and durable, the service life is 5-10 times longer than ordinary wood products.

Construction:Our hollow wpc composite joist have a lightweight construction and the surface of the composite joists need not sanding process, so it looks like plastic; it manufactured from the same composite material as our decking boards. Therefore will expand and contract relatively similarly due to the same materialistic properties. Composite joists need to be lay on a stable, level sub-base, yet with a slight gradient for drainage.The distance between two joists should be spaced no more than a maximum of 30-35CM apart. As a rule of thumb, we recommend purchasing about 3.3 meters of joist per square metre.

Length:  In order to fit into the container transport, we generally suggest that the length of the wpc composite joist is 2.2meters or 2.9meters. The length also can be customize according to your requirements.
